as i was running on the treadmill today i realized, it doesn’t matter what gym you belong to, what time of the day you go, or what you do… you’ll always encounter the same few types of people. i’ve been at the gym a lot lately because i’ve started working out with a trainer, so i’ve had plenty of time to classify and categorize… please enjoy.

my thanksgiving wish.
the us dedicates just one day a year to being sincerely thankful for what we have, and then we turn around the next morning (literally 12:01) and waste that genuine gratefulness by attempting to beat each other to the best deal on more (unnecessary) material things? wish we could all spend the day after thanksgiving feeling just as blessed for the things that truly matter - our loved ones.
